Paula has worked as a holistic massage therapists since 2021 after completing her VTCT Level 3 Massage Therapy qualification. Since then she attended multiple additional CPD training courses to deepen her knowledge and understanding of the body and helped hundreds of clients.
Paula is trained in Swedish massage, aromatherapy, deep tissue, acupressure, pregnancy massage, myofascial release, dry cupping, Brazilian manual lymphatic drainage, wood therapy and advanced face massage techniques.
Her signature treatment, Body Magic, combines her knowledge and expertise to give the client exactly what they need.

A specialised facial massage technique that works both inside and outside the mouth to release tension and improve circulation. Your therapist will use gloves to massage the muscles of the cheeks and jaw from the inside, combined with external massage, manual lymphatic drainage and face cupping. Helpful for clients suffering from jaw tension, teeth grinding, TMJ disorders. It can also help improve the appearance of fine lines and dark circles.
