For those interested in starting their yoga journey and those who used to practice and would like a gentle re-introduction.
Learn basic asanas (poses), meditation, pranayama (breath) techniques, and the philosophy of the ancient practice of yoga. You'll be guided to safely enter and exit the poses and make adjustments to honour your unique body and ability.
Yoga means 'union' in Sanskrit. The practice of yoga aims to connect the body and mind through marrying movement and breath to experience the present moment.

Wednesday 6.30-7.30pm
An all levels Vinyasa flow that will awaken the body part by part. We’ll be moving at a gentler pace but you will be given plenty of different level options (take them or leave them, your choice!).
Bringing mindfulness to the equation, we will explore different breathing techniques (Pranayama) and meditation. You will be guided on a journey within yourself, to uncover and explore different layers of being - body, mind & spirit.
Along the way, you will be introduced to different concepts of traditional yoga philosophy, such as the energy of chakras, yoga sutras and 8 limbs of yoga.
You will leave the class feeling refreshed, grounded and ready to go about your day in a mindful way.
