What to expect:

a meditation, a somatic practice, a journalling session and a sharing circle based on a monthly theme.

Whether you wish to share a lot, a little or nothing at all but simply be in a sisterly presence of other women, you are welcome to come as you are.

What to bring?

• a mug (herbal tea will be provided)

• comfortable clothes

• a blanket or yoga mat + a cushion to sit on (please note we will be seated on the floor)

• journal & pen

• water bottle
